Flange bolts are one of the most common fasteners. They are widely used in road, railway and bridge construction, as well as industrial and residential building, crane, excavator etc.
Different types of flanged bolts
1. Hex head bolts with a hole on shank. This type is very easy for fastening and with mechanical anti-loosing.
2. Hex head reaming hole bolts. It could better fix the position of connected parts, also can resist the cutting and pressing from horizontal force.
3. Hex head bolts with phillips slot. Easy for tightening. Mostly used in light industry, instruments and apparatus.
4. Square bolts. Relatively big bolts head, easy to fastening with a spanner or against other parts to work.
5. Countersink square neck bolts. Act as standstill lock, and requires connected parts are flat or smooth.
6. Anchor Bolts. Most common seen in concrete applications.
