A: Quality is always our first priority which cannot be sacrificed with the reason of costs. Every item shipped out will be tested as per standard and issued with EN 10204 3.1 certificate. Also, bulk samples can be sent before shipment, or you can arrange pre-shipment inspection when goods ready. For contracting projects, 3rd party test report like SGS inspection can also be provided if required.
A: Please send your request for quotation list to info@fastenwell.cn and we will revert in 12 hours. Products standard, size, grade, coating and quantity are required if available or you can just share drawings, photos or samples, we will check and offer the same or equivalent products accordingly.
A: Yes, standard samples can be sent in 7 days if available from stocks. For customized samples, we will check and confirm on your drawings or photos.
A: Yes, we manufacture upon order and no free stocks. For standard bolts and studs, the MOQ is 900kgs each size, and for customize bolts, studs or pins, MOQ will be 2000kgs each size.
